How do you qualify for the offer?
To qualify the following must apply:
- Tenancy start date must be in September 2023
- Booking a room in a 6 bed standard en-suite room
- You must be studying at higher/further education institution and have full time student status.
When do I get the cash back and vouchers?
Providing you have complied with all terms you will receive your cash back on your second rent payment. Alternatively, it will be deducted on your first payment if you are paying in full. Vouchers will only be released after your first rent instalment and once you have checked in to City Village in September.
Do I need to use a promo code?
Please ensure you state the ‘bundle offer‘ you wish to claim as the promotional code on your application.
If an agent is booking, please state agent name and ‘bundle offer’ in the promotional code on the application form.
Can this offer be used in conjunction with any other offers?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with refer a friend or group booking.
Are there any other terms to the offer?
The offer will be void if you are released from the Tenancy Agreement, cancel your agreement or re-let for whatever reason, prior to the commencement date or duration of tenancy agreement.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer for another with different terms and without any notice.
