You then need to complete an application form for The Mont 23/24, pay a £100 holding fee and then a member of our team will contact you with your contract offer. You must complete your tenancy agreement within 48 hours to secure your room.
You have several room options to choose from as below and all options include WIFI, utility bills and contents insurance. All tenancies start from 23rd September 2023 and are for a 49 week term.
Standard en-suite

Premium en-suite

Deluxe en-suite
The Deluxe en-suite with an average floor plan of 25 sq m, offers a large bedroom with plenty of storage and a double bed. The en-suite offers a wet room and facilities are adapted for accessible use. Indicative image provided.


Bronze studio
Bronze Studio apartments, with an average floor plan of 15 sq m, are finished to a high-specification and include stylish fitted furniture, double bed and kitchen. Simply add your own choice of bedding, bring towels for the en-suite shower room and cooking utensils.
