How do I qualify for the offer?
To qualify the following must apply:
- Tenancy start date must be in September 2023
- Booking a room in a 6 bed standard en-suite room
- You must be studying at higher/further education institution and have full time student status.
When do I get the cash back?
Providing you have complied with all terms you will receive your cash back on your second rent payment. Alternatively, it will be deducted on your first payment if you are paying in full.
Do I need to use a promo code?
Please ensure you state ‘£1,000 off‘ as the promotional code on your application.
If an agent is booking, please state agent name and £1,000 off in the promotional code on the application form.
Can this offer be used in conjunction with any other offers?
This offer can be used in conjunction with refer a friend or group booking. Applies to direct bookings only.
Are there any other terms to the offer?
The offer will be void if you are released from the Tenancy Agreement, cancel your agreement or re-let for whatever reason, prior to the commencement date or duration of tenancy agreement.
