How do I qualify for the offer?
To qualify the following must apply:
- Be up to date with all rent payments as outlined on your tenancy agreement
- Tenancy start date must be in September 2024
- You must be studying at higher / further education institution and have full time student status
- Tenancy must be accepted by 25th February 2024
When do I get my cashback?
Providing you have complied with all terms you will receive your cash back on your second rent payment. Alternatively, it will be deducted on your first payment if you are paying in full.
Do I need to use a promo code?
Please ensure you state either ‘CV888‘ as the promotional code on your application.
If an agent is booking, please state agent name and ‘CV888’ in the promotional code on the application form.
Can this offer be used in conjunction with any other offers?

Are there any other terms to the offer?
