How do you qualify for the offer?
To qualify the following must apply:
- Tenancy start date must be in September 2023
- Booking a room in a 6 bed standard en-suite room
- You must be studying at higher/further education institution and have full time student status.
When do I get the cash back?
Providing you have complied with all terms you will receive your cash back on your second rent payment. Alternatively, it will be deducted on your first payment if you are paying in full.
Do I need to use a promo code?
Please ensure you state either ‘CV500‘ as the promotional code on your application for 44 week tenancies or ‘CV800‘ for 51 week tenancies.
If an agent is booking, please state agent name and either CV500 or CV800 in the promotional code on the application form.
Can this offer be used in conjunction with any other offers?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer if booking via a third party e.g. accommodation agent. However, if you book directly with Downing Students you may be able to benefit from group booking or refer a friend offers.
Are there any other terms to the offer?
The offer will be void if you are released from the Tenancy Agreement, cancel your agreement or re-let for whatever reason, prior to the commencement date or duration of tenancy agreement.
