This week, we caught up with Downing Students’ residents Amara, Sharvari and Andreas as they share the reasons why they love living with us and why they chose to rebook and live with us again next year.
This week, we caught up with Downing Students’ residents Amara, Sharvari and Andreas as they share the reasons why they love living with us and why they chose to rebook and live with us again next year.
Amara, who lives with us at The Railyard in Cambridge, shares how location and facilities were key for her. She said:
“Let me be honest, no matter if you are an international or a home student, students are always trying ways to save money and living somewhere where everything was a small walking distance was a win for me. Another great feature of the accommodation is the onsite gym which is fully equipped with high-quality machinery for an everyday workout. A blessing on days when you are super busy to complete even your daily steps or on days when you just want to workout to put your thoughts to rest. The laundry room has clean and tidy washers and dryers with enough capacity to wash a big load of clothes at market-competitive prices. When I received the email that I could book for my next academic semester I was so happy and I grabbed the opportunity right away!”.
Sharvari lives with us at City Village in Coventry, she really loves how our teams are available 24/7 and ensure we create a community for all residents to feel at home.
