Find Your Housemates
Decide who you want to live with, you need a group of at least three students who will book eligible rooms at the same Downing Students residence.
Make Your Bookings
Each member of the group needs to book their own room directly with Downing Students for the same academic year and meet the minimum tenancy length stated in the offer terms.
Tell Us You're a Group
When you book, enter your group leader’s name AND resident ID and list the other people in your group, or ask our team/your agent to add this information to your booking so we can link you together.
Move in and Claim Your £150 Cashback
Once all members of the group have moved in and paid their first rent instalment, the cashback will be applied in line with the offer terms, usually as a discount to your rent account within a specified timeframe.
