To qualify for the offer the following terms apply:

1. Available to new bookings made for 2022/23 academic year
2. Applies to all bookings in City Village made between 1st January – 30th September 2022.
3. Applies to tenancies between 40 – 51 weeks duration only
4. To qualify you must:
   a) Be up to date with all rent payments as outlined on your tenancy agreement
   b) Tenancy start date must be in September or October 2022
   c) You must be studying at higher / further education institution and have full time student status
5. Bus pass / Laundry will be arranged after student has checked in
6. The relevant incentive (University of Warwick – Bus pass / Coventry University – Laundry Card) will be automatically applied to the student record, no reference in the promotion code field is required (agent promotion code must still be applied if application is via a third party)
7. You will not be eligible for this offer if you have booked your accommodation through a HEI referred agreement
8. This offer can be used in conjunction with cash back, refer a friend or group booking offers
9. The offer will be void if you are released from the Tenancy Agreement, cancel your agreement or re-let for whatever reason, prior to the commencement date or duration of tenancy agreement
