If you need to quarantine when you move in with us then we will waive your rent for the two week quarantine period if you booked before 30th September. You can save the cash and enjoy spending it in your new home once quarantine is over.
Terms and conditions
To receive the 2 weeks rent free quarantine period you must have booked before 30th September and move in and collect your keys before 31st October 2020. Proof of quarantine requirement must be presented. For example, domestic students must provide evidence if they have recently travelled overseas or international students arriving from countries with requirements to self-isolate.
This offer is not available with the LIVE RENT FREE offer.
Offer is only valid for agreements with a minimum 39 weeks tenancy.
2 weeks rent refunded will be calculated after the tenant has checked in.
Tenants who have paid in full will receive a rent refund within 30 days of check in.
Tenants who pay in instalments will have a credit added to the final rent instalment agreed in the tenancy and this will reduce the final amount the student pays.
The quarantine offer for September start dates will end on 31.10.2020.
