October’s Best Student Events

The month of October saw a wide variety of fun student events and initiatives,

from The Big Green Month to spooky Halloween celebrations! We’ve rounded up our favourite October events, take a look!

Big Green Month

Our Big Green month launched at the beginning of October and it certainly

didn’t disappoint! We set our amazing content creators from The Arch some

charity shop fashion challenges and they smashed it, see how they got on.

Yoga Activities and Free Fruit Smoothies

Over at City Village, student life activities included some yoga events for students

with some healthy treats, kindly provided by @hungrypanda_official

and @bean_and_brunch, perfect for Big Green Month and beyond.

Swap Shop

The launch of our first Swap Shop events at: Vega, The Arch, The Kingfisher & Verde

earlier this month were a great success-sustainable living has never been more on trend

Wardrobe envy over at Verde with so many pre-loved items swapped!

As you can see, lots of pre-loved items were swapped and shared- keep an eye

out for our next swap shops available soon at your student city.

 Diwali events for students

What a success Diwali celebrations were at our City Village student accommodation!

Residents enjoyed some traditional treats whilst creating some amazing

recycled light jars in honour of the festival of light celebrations.

Halloween campus events!

Halloween 2022, you did not disappoint! From amazing food boards for those

spooky movie nights in, to some spooktacular pumpkin carving.

Our talented Content Creator Mari shared some amazing sustainable Halloween looks.

From spooky doll make-up tutorials to a series of sustainable Halloween costumes too!

Make sure you save for perfect inspiration for next year.

Student life over at West View saw some Spooky scenes with a creepy Escape Room,

followed by great Halloween Parties at West Village, West View and CitySide.
